You have 30 days from delivery to return a board for a full refund of the purchase price. The board must be in resalable condition.
Write to support@tikoplazzu.com with your order number and we will send the return address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
If a board arrives damaged, send us a photograph and we will replace it or refund it in full — you do not need to return a damaged board.
